After Action Report Project Description :The purpose of this Request for Quotes is to retain a qualified consultant to complete an After-Action Review of the activities of the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako’s (RDBN) Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) in response to interface wildfires in the region in 2023. This review includes the activities of the agencies and organizations acting in concert with the EOC. The review does not include the firefighting activities of the BC Wildfire Service.
