36C26224Q0033 Q: Are you able to share the square footage of the building? A: Building 85 is 13,484 GSF. Q: Can you please provide any photos of the HVAC and Boiler systems/panels? Also, can please inform me when the units were last service and how old the units are. A: Please see attached Installation Startup and Service Instructions for available photos. The equipment was installed in 2019 and has been serviced quarterly, last service done was in September 2023. Q: I am not seeing any plans of the existing building? I have the HVAC units but would like to see the plans. Can you help? A: Please see attached Mechanical Drawings for the building. Q: If there will not be a site visit are you able to provide photos of the equipment needing to be serviced?
