Develop and recommend the labor market agencies and job classes to survey. 2. Collect and analyze base salary and benefit survey data for the selected survey classes. 3. Develop a salary plan for all classes in the district using market data and internal relationships to ensure consistency with the labor market and internal equity within the district organization. 4. Analyze job descriptions and functions then report on appropriate staffing levels. Formulate appropriate staffing levels plan.
