The (3) three-year contract will begin on January 1, 2023 and end on December 31, 2025 with the City of East Peoria having the option to offer (1) year contract extension. Bids will be publicly opened and read by the Director of Buildings and Inspections or his/her representative on October 10, 2022 @10:00 a.m. East Peoria City Hall, Room 127, 401 W. Washington St., East Peoria Illinois. The tendering of a bid to the City of East Peoria shall be construed as acceptance of the specifications. The City of East Peoria reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the City of East Peoria after all bids have been examined and evaluated.
