RFP #0006-J - Lead Service Line Statewide Support Services

The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing support and guidance to public water systems (generally serving 10,000 or fewer persons), including non-transient, non-community and community water systems in the identification and mapping of lead service lines, and planning for the replacement of lead service lines where indicated by the EPA guidance under the Revised Lead and Copper Rule, issued August 4, 2022 and partially funded by the Infrastructure, Investment, and Jobs Act (IIJA) for the State of Wyoming,Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality – Water Quality Division and Office of State Lands and Investments (Agencies) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on August 15, 2023. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on July 28, 2023. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted
