Project Description Appalachian State University is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the Hickory Campus renovation project-Phases 2B through Phase 5. This project scope includes the renovation of approximately 118,000 sq. ft. in total staring with the 2 nd floor of the occupied Hickory Campus building, located at 800 17th Street NW, Hickory, NC 28601.

The IDIQ will allow for services to be ordered by the Government as needed and required.Contractors are required to be headquartered and/or have a satellite office located in one of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or Virginia. Multiple States, listed as the Southern Appalachian Region.
