DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT: The University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) campus is working to implement a full Asset Management (AM) program for linear assets that include: roads, sidewalks/pathways, parking lots, streetlights, sports fields, water assets, wastewater assets, stormwater assets, utilities tunnel, geothermal system, transit assets, telecommunications, gas, and hydro.
