The Consultant shall provide Pre-Design and Schematic Design which shall also include historical building assessment and architectural and engineering design services. *Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of Schedule A must be registered with RAMP. **This TOS is only applicable to the firms on the PQOC Architectural and Related Professional Services Consultants List.

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced consultants for non-destructive asset inventories, building condition assessments (BCAs), reserve fund studies, facility condition indexes and preventative maintenance plans for seven CVRD facilities possibly up to four community halls that it supports.
This objective will be pursued through further technical assistance focused on establishing modern systems and facilities for environmental monitoring (in Georgia and Ukraine), capacity building, assessment of environmental status in line with EU MSFD/WFD and public awareness raising on the Black Sea environmental issues.
