Sources Sought Notice N62470-20-R-3000The Department of the Navy (DON) is considering an energy procurement at the CLDJ installation to improve access to reliable supplies of energy; enhance its ability to meet mission essential requirements; and lower the cost of reliable energy. The DON is exploring the feasibility of using 10 USC 2922a PPA authority to procure an alternative supply of electricity. 

This RFI is a market research tool to obtain information and identify contractors who may possess the capability and capacity to provide the products and services described below. It does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the Department of the Navy (DON) will pursue any procurement action in this matter.
