The Village last completed a community survey in 2018. III. SPECIFICATIONS OF RFP A. PURPOSE 1. The Village of Woodridge requests proposals by qualified firms to develop and administer a community survey that will effectively highlight the needs and preferences of the community.
This RFP is to solicit proposals from a qualified firm to create, execute, manage, and report on the findings of a representative sample community survey to inform the Kirkland City Council and City staff of priorities of the Kirkland community on the public services provided by the City.
According to American Community Survey (ACS) data, approximately 60 percent of Hayward’s population speaks a language other than English at home, and approximately 10 percent of households have “limited English” proficiency (ACS, 2022).The City is governed by a City Council / City Manager form of government. The City Council is made up of six members plus a mayor that serves as the head of the City Council.

Bulletin Desc: The Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services is seeking contractors to support in the implementation of the LGBTQIA2S+ Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Contractors will serve on the project advisory committee and assist in community outreach and engagement during the CHNA process.
