Treasury is seeking candidates with 10 to 15 years’ experience in government debt issuance and/or management of public borrowing. Ideal candidates would have a background in public finance, investment banking, debt capital markets, public sector financial advisory work, government securities trading, state and local government securities underwriting, issuance and sales, securities and/or Treasury operations, or in related areas.

The mission of the GDIF program is to assist counterpart governments in the development and implementation of government debt issuance and management capabilities, help develop capital markets to enable economic growth, and strengthen the capacity of host governments to effectively prioritize, develop, and finance public infrastructure projects.

The City is interested in funding organizations that will demonstrate direct linkage (onsite or off-site) to a continuum of care services that include basic needs, housing case management, permanent housing options, preventive health, mental health/ substance use treatment, outreach services, budgeting/debt management and job training/ placement.
