Provide all new Fire Alarm Panels and Devices 2. Provide new fire-rated fiber network for Fire Alarm System 3. Provide new wiring for new addressable notification system 4. Construct two fire rated rooms to accommodate Fire Panel Locations 5. Demolition and removal of obsolete equipment including drywall repairs in corridors 6.
Due to an electrical storm it was discovered that some of our fire alarm system components have been damaged due to an electrical strike. The current fire alarm system is an Edwards EST3.The contractor shall be responsible for replacing the damaged components and repairing the fire alarm system. It was determined the following parts at a minimum need to be replaced:1. 3 Power Supplies2. 6 Batteries3. 4 Transceiver Cards4. 3 Fiber Cards
