Food and Beverage Services at Commissions Headquarters Building

St Johns County Local Government is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced organizations to provide proposals for consideration in performing qualified concessionaire services at St. Johns Golf Club.

Food and beverage service will be for both golfer and non-golfer patrons providing breakfast, lunch and dinner, within the scope of a seven day-a-week operation to include holidays. Other food and beverage related services shall include golf tournament service, offsite catering, event space rental, event sales and the associated food and beverage services for banquets and other various events hosted at the facility.

The food and beverage Operator’s primary function include healthy food and beverage services for users of the facility during operating hours, year-round. The Operator shall have First Right of Refusal for Catering & Concession Service at The Fenlands, excluding certain conditions. The Operator may install a seasonal patio area for summer café servicing through submission of a development permit application process.
