The Contractor is responsible for performing a geotechnical investigation and obtaining an engineered foundation designed to meet the intended loads of the tower and the results of the geotechnical investigation. In preparation for the new tower, the front range tower will be demolished by the Contractor. The new tower has been fabricated by others in anticipation of construction and will be provided to the Contractor at the CCG DSL.
