Bids are advertised as follows: The hauling of fill materials (i.e. dirt, rock, broken concrete, etc.) from the Rocheport Bridge project to the 18-acre site owned by the Howard-Cooper County Regional Port Authority located across the Missouri River from Boonville, MO. The material will be loaded by the Bridge Contractor and once unloaded spread at the site by the Bridge Contractor.
Fill, grade and level with clean fill dirt all depressions in the earth which exist on the lot and all ruts or other depressions created during the demolition work. E. All sewer lines exposed through demolition work must be cut off within two (2) inches of the surface to the ground or concrete slab and must be plugged with concrete in such a manner as to prevent ground water incursion into the sanitary sewer system. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS A.
; - All piers to be removed are to be cut 24” below ground level – fill dirt to fill the void and compacted every 8”. - Abatement of any special or hazardous materials, including asbestos per TCEQ, USEPA, NESHAPS, TXDLHS and other applicable regulations shall be the Contractor’s responsibility along with any fees and filing notices with the State. - All utility disconnects are the responsibility of the Contractor.
