It has been determined that BLUE SKY NETWORK, LLC is the sole provider of BlueSky CERTUS data services for NASA Science Aircraft / Iridium CERTUS Communication Service.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.

This procurement will provide engineering, manufacturing, and other technical communication services for the NASA Armstrong Global Hawk SkyRange Project. The contractor owns the proprietary rights for the vehicle's communications systems.
