Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement for the maintenance dredging of the Westport Harbor, Federal Navigation Project (FNP) located in Westport, Massachusetts. This announcement is to determine the interest, availability, and capability of HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Small Business concerns as described below.
FY22 Maintenance Dredging of the Jones Inlet, NY, Federal Navigation Project
Maintenance dredging of the Wells Harbor Federal Navigation Project (FNP) located at Wells, Maine, and the placement of the dredged material on two adjacent beaches.
The action is construction of 4 dike repairs to support the Missouri River, Bank Stabilization and Navigation Project (BSNP). Navigation is currently being impeded at the location of the proposed repairs. Absence of immediate repairs will result in further degradation and a loss of navigation upstream or downstream of the location. Onset of drought conditions have left the navigation channel impeded and nearly impassable at RM 663.
Maintenance Dredging of East Rockaway Inlet, NY Federal Navigation Project Solicitation
The 2019 floods caused significant damage to the Missouri River Bank Stabilization and Navigation Project (BSNP) structures. The damaged structures include revetments, dikes, kickers, L-head dikes, and vanes. These structures are critical to maintaining a navigation channel on the Missouri River.
