The Contractor shall provide medical personnel at the Health Clinic to perform the medical service requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement. At all times when services are being performed at the Health Clinic, the Contractor shall ensure an Occupational Health Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or other Clinician, who are medically licensed and qualified, are physically present at the Health Clinic.
