The scope of work includes but is not limited to resurfacing of the roller compacted concrete auxiliary spillway, repair of the outlet control structure concrete surfaces, replacement of the outlet control structure low level gate and appurtenances, cast in place pipe lining of the primary spillway pipe, site grading adjustments, and vegetation clearing.
Site improvements include grading and earthwork, drainage improvements, site water, sewer, electrical utilities and service connections to public utilities, pathway lighting, concrete walkways, and lawn areas. 2.
Repair and sealing of interior walls of valve house. n. Replacement of valves in valve house and replacement of roof in valve house. o. Installing filter drains within the earthfill abutments. p. Constructing earthfill abutments. q. Miscellaneous site improvements and site piping as required. r. Other miscellaneous associated items as necessary to complete the work.
The work involves site preparation, excavating, grading, compaction for the building pad and foundation, utility connections to the building including wastewater service pipe and water service line installation, rock and concrete paving, and restoration. The Engineer’s Estimate for this Project is approximately $1,050,000-$1,200,000.
