Based on the market research results, Region 7 will be looking for a potential requirement to be released for SBA Certified SDVOSBs. Please continue to monitor and review FedConnect and SAM.gov for release.Under the new requirements beginning January 1, 2024, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that are not certified by the SBA will be ineligible for SDVOSB set asides and sole source awards.
