The FSMC and the SFA will sign a summary of the beginning inventory at the commencement and the expiration or termination of the Contract and keep a copy of each on file with the Contract. 3. At the commencement and the expiration or termination of the Contract, the FSMC and the SFA shall jointly undertake a beginning and closing inventory of all food and supplies. USDA Foods shall also be inventoried by a separate inventory.
