The upgrade included a new switchgear, automatic transfer switch, and transformers. Originally designed with two (2) separate incoming power sources, a 600 KW generator was installed in 2014 after one of incoming power sources was terminated. The switchgear shows signs of corrosion and repair parts for components in the switchgear and transfer switch are difficult to secure.

Project work included replacing electrical switchgear and panels, building plumbing, IT installations, and HVAC repairs and replacements.
