The two (2) reclaimed water tanks located at the site (5118 Phillip Road Roseville, CA 95747) need structural and coating rehabilitation work. The scope of work includes modifications to some structural components and recoating the interior steel surfaces ofthe tanks and recoating limited exterior steel surfaces of the tanks. Mechanical and electrical components are not within the scope of the rehabilitation work.

This is the cost of the initial interior and exterior tank coating during construction. Note that a welded steel tank would likely need exterior and interior recoating every 20 years.
