The Project consists of installation of a 1 MG ground water storage tank, connecting waterlines, valve vault, stormwater improvements, and all associated appurtenances. An additive alternate consists of the demolition of the existing 1.5 MG tank and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
Water Treatment Plant equipment, building, and/or site improvements will be performed entirely within City-owned property; water distribution improvements at the Liberty Avenue Storage Tank will be performed entirely within City-owned property; and all other water distribution improvements will be performed entirely within City road right-of-ways. Project physical construction is proposed to take place between March 2024 and August 2025.
