This is justification to award a single source award to Rose Office Systems, Inc. for the purchase of five (5) temporary facilities currently located on Tyndall AFB, FL under the authority of FAR 13.5.The current facilities are under lease through the United States Army Corps of Engineers contract to renovate and refurbish building 290.
