The Government is seeking out the opportunity to award an Open Secure Collaboration Architecture (OSCAR) Prototype Streamline Delivery Order (SLDO). This effort will provide the engineering design, procurement and support for a prototype construction and test of related systems and components as required to demonstrate performance of modifications and help reduce transition risks for the replacement of the Ground-based Data security assembly Receptacle (GDR) and start integrations with the NextGen Open Mission Services (NOMS)
