NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Prog. 5,550VA System, 3 phase, Dual Vrange, GPIB, USB, RS232, 187 to264VRMS, 3 Phase L-L (3 wire).NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to AMETEK PROGRAMMABLE POWER, INC., 9250Brown Deer RD, San Diego, California 92121-2267 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has beendetermined that AMETEK PROGRAMMABLE POWER, INC. is the sole provider of Prog. 5,550VA System,3 phase, Dual Vrange, GPIB, USB, RS232, 187 to 264VRMS, 3 Phase L-L (3 wire).NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ MarshallSpace Flight Center (MSFC).The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and proceduresprescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.The NAICS Code for this procurement is 335999.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to theidentified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 3/27/2023. Suchcapabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct thisprocurement on a competitive basis.
