The Owner currently uses Ameresco’s AssetPlanner TM, a web-based asset management software to capture live data for over 250 facilities/structures with an approximate gross floor area of 2,100,000 square feet. The Owner typically reassesses facilities on a five-to-seven-year cycle. The number and location of facilities requiring site inspections, assessments, cost estimates and validation in 2024 is indicated in Section 1.2.
