Summary DetailsREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of New Westminster invites submissions for the 2024 Pavement Management Assessment Project in New Westminster, BC.The City of New Westminster is a Consultants/Consulting firm to complete a pavement condition assessment with corresponding data and report supporting short and long-range pavement management plans.
The consultant will perform a pavement condition collection and measurement survey of the study area public roadways as determined in the prior steps. The data collection shall include at the minimum: surface type, surface condition, surface distress definitions in ASTM D6433. Pavement data collection requirements will be finalized in consultation with participating agencies.
