The City of Vacaville is seeking proposals for the preparation of an East of Leisure Town (ELT) Growth Area Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The plan will be in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the East of Leisure Town Growth Area Specific Plan. Proposals must be submitted by Friday, May 29, 2024, 3:00 PM PST.

The goal is to create a comprehensive report helping Canada meet its emission reduction targets.
A California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Project was certified by the District’s Board of Directors on April 13, 2021. The District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), in early 2024, to qualified consultant for design services for the Central Reservoir Replacement Project.
The Contractor shall report any arrest for a disqualifying offense within forty-eight (48) hours of the arrest. Failure of the Contractor / Contractor’s employee to report an arrest for any disqualifying offense within 48 hours is a felony of the third degree punishable as provided in Section 775.082 or Section 775.083 F.S Page 16 of 22 Asbestos Abatement and Environmental Services Continuing Contract, RFQ 18-21/TW 10.5 Other Legal Requirements.
The purpose of this Solicitation is to initiate the process by which the CSLC will contract with a firm, hereafter referred to as Firm or Contractor (considered one and the same), with the appropriate qualifications to assist in preparing a Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Submission of a draft report for Department of Administrative and Financial Services and Department of Environmental Protection review and comment. 5. Submission of a draft report by November 1, 2024, and submit final report by December 1, 2024, incorporating the above noted information.
